FindGarageDoorPro is a referral and matching service. We introduce homeowners to independent garage door repair professionals who operate in their area. We are not a contractor. We do not perform repairs, we do not employ the technicians, we do not supervise their work and we do not set their prices.
Any work performed, quote given, price charged, warranty offered or appointment scheduled is between you and the independent provider. They are solely responsible for the work, for the parts they use, for holding any licence or permit their jurisdiction requires, and for carrying their own insurance. We do not verify a provider's licensing or insurance and we make no representation about either. If those matter to you — and for work inside your home they reasonably might — ask the provider directly before the work begins.
We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, that they will contact you within any particular time, that they will accept the job, or that the work will meet your expectations. We publish no prices, estimates or offers of any kind. The provider's own quote, given to you after they have seen the door, is the only price that binds anyone.
Using FindGarageDoorPro is free for homeowners. We are compensated by the service provider. That compensation does not add to your bill and does not affect the price the provider quotes you.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that the phone number you give is yours and that you are authorised to consent to being contacted at it, and that you are requesting service for a property you own or are authorised to arrange repairs for. Do not use the form to submit requests on behalf of someone who has not asked you to.
By submitting the form you consent to be contacted by us and by the matched provider by call, text and email, as set out in the box you tick and in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing yair@yetech.dev.
If something goes wrong with a job, contact the provider first — they performed the work and they are the party who can put it right. Tell us as well at yair@yetech.dev. We track complaints and will stop referring requests to a provider whose work or conduct we consider unacceptable, but we are not a party to your agreement with them and cannot compel them to act.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindGarageDoorPro is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or cost arising from work performed by an independent provider, from a provider's failure to attend, or from your use of this site. Our role ends when we introduce you to a provider.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you submit a request.
FindGarageDoorPro is operated from Israel. These terms are governed by Israeli law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any right you have under the consumer protection law of the US state you live in, and where that law conflicts with this section, that law wins.
Your agreement for the repair is with the provider, not with us, so a complaint about workmanship, pricing, damage or a no-show is between you and them in the first instance. Tell us anyway, at yair@yetech.dev. We cannot adjudicate it and we do not hold your payment, but we do decide who keeps receiving requests from this site, and that is the one thing we can do about it.
