Who we are
Pro bono consult & call-out
Advice and the trip to your area are free. You pay only if you approve the repair.
We are a boutique family garage-door business run by two U.S. military veteran brothers. No call centre. No five companies ringing at once. When the spring snaps and the car is stuck inside, the people who show up are the people who still do the work themselves — in Birmingham, Alabama and Denver, Colorado.
Two siblings who served this country, then built a small crew that treats your garage like it is theirs. Military service leaves a habit: you arrive when you said you would, you do the job properly, and you do not leave a mess in someone else's house.
That is the standard they bring to a snapped torsion spring, a dead opener, or a door off its track. Because it is a family shop — not a franchise — the person who answers is the person in your driveway.
They show up. They explain the fault before they touch the door. If they cannot do it today, they say so — an honest arrival beats a promise they cannot keep.
Consultation and coming out to your area are pro bono. You get a firm quote after they have seen the door, before any work starts. You are free to say no. They work to keep that number the best value for the job.
The work happens in the room that holds your car, your tools, and often the kids' bikes. Shoes, noise, and respect for the house are part of the job.
Birmingham and Denver — that is the map they actually drive. Your request goes to this one family business, not a list of bidders.
Real jobs, photographed by the technician who did them. Watch the gallery run.

A torsion spring after it let go. This is what the bang was.
Only metros where this crew is actually on the road — Birmingham, AL and Denver, CO. If your ZIP is not covered, the form says so instead of taking your number.
This site is how you reach them. They are the people with the truck.
You tell us the ZIP and what broke. If they cover you, one family crew gets the request — not five. They call, they look at the door, they quote. Your agreement for the work is with them.
